Andrew's parents moved to a new home earlier this year.
They love it.
The sale of their old home is finishing up this week (or next).
We went to move some final things and the boys couldn't help but gravitate to the backyard.
After Andrew and Derrick finished packing stuff into the truck, I couldn't resist.
Would Grandpa go out back and push the boys one last time?
These swings showed up in the backyard about as soon as Ammon was big enough to sit up.
OK- maybe not quite that soon, but early on in his little life.
They were there since before Peter was born.
Grandpa Derrick taught my boys what an under-dog is.
(Pushing the swing hard while running under it, through to the other side.)
And on many family occasions, he spent the afternoon indulging them.
I'm glad Peggy and Derrick are so happy with their new home.
But I'll admit, I got a little choked up knowing we won't ever be going back to this one.
