The first snow of the year came before the leaves finished falling from the trees.
And then it quickly melted.
We took these pictures as Peter was headed to school.
It was pajama day.
(Just to explain his attire.)
Before driving off to class, Peter and I spent several minutes making snowballs.
He thought it was fun to watch them "splat" on the ground.
Being three is really fun!
There are still lots of leaves on the ground and even more leaves still hang from the trees.
We are expecting more snow on Tuesday.
So what is this crazy season?
We're getting ready for Thanksgiving.
But hearing Christmas music on the radio.
Enjoying the crisp cool Autumn days.
And then finding ourselves blanketed in snow.
Utah has a hard time choosing which season to be in.
I love it!
